With fewer than 40 guests, the celebration felt personal, spiritual, and deeply connected—exactly the way they wanted it.

A Wedding That Unfolded Over a Weekend

This was never meant to be just one day.

Carson and Sydney designed their wedding as a full weekend experience, allowing guests to slow down and truly arrive. The timeline left space for connection instead of rushing from moment to moment.

By the time the ceremony began, everyone felt part of something—not just invited to it.

The Setting: Forest, Stone, and Quiet Elegance

Nestled within St. Edward State Park, the Lodge offered a rare balance of structure and softness. The Italian garden–inspired architecture, paired with towering evergreens, created a natural sense of reverence.

The design palette stayed intentionally restrained—soft blues, layered whites, and organic textures—allowing the environment to lead and the details to support.

Nothing competed for attention. Everything belonged.

A Ceremony Rooted in Faith and Family

One of the most meaningful moments of the weekend was the ceremony itself, officiated by Carlson’s father.

Faith guided the day from start to finish. The ceremony was reverent without being rigid, emotional without being performative. It felt honest. Sacred. Grounded.

When vows were exchanged, the forest went quiet—and everyone felt it.
